I suppose this is where I put other related and interesting information not otherwise stated. I love the outdoors, so long as it's not freezing. I dislike cheese and all things carbonated. I currently work as a laboratory assistant in a job I moderately enjoy and only got hired for because I have an AA degree. I greatly miss the sunshine that doesn't show in the fluorescent cave that is the basement of the company. I believe that everyone should recycle more, and strive to create a global community while maintaining appreciation for individual cultures. I'm glad I live in a country where I'm allowed to complain about it as much as I want. I adore my friends, and think that sometimes my family can be the best friends I have, and that my friends can be a better family than I could have ever asked for. I strive to be multi-lingual, but so far am only at a basic tourist level in Spanish and Japanese, the Spanish having been abandoned as Japanese conquered my interest (besides, Japan will probably rule the technological world in 10 years anyway, and I think it best to remain on top of global trends). I know that anyone can achieve any of their dreams, if only they bother to get up off their lazy butt and do something about it. I also know that toothpaste does not go well with orange juice, that coffee makes my heart race, that my heart races when I do something I truly love, and that when I realize I love someone, my bad day becomes irrelevant and my smiles a bit more liberated. I envy gymnasts and martial artists; there is nothing like having your body do exactly what you tell it to do when you say "Let's defy gravity, bend at inhuman angles, and kick the snot out of that guy who just said women belong in the kitchen, even though he's 6 times our size." I find water to be endlessly relaxing, and find that people look even more attractive when standing around a bonfire (which only qualifies as a bonfire if the wood is stacked 6 feet high, and if the flames are about twice that height). Caffeine and wine give me headaches, but I enjoy them, so I consume them anyway.
