This web series is the perfect program for people looking to make a big change in their lives without dedicating hours a day inside a gym. From smart-snacking to mini-exercises, the series will focus on little things you can do everyday to stay in shape without interrupting your busy schedule. Bob will help improve your diet and give you an exercise plan to reach goals that are realistic for you while you continue to live your everyday life.
